Before one can bounce back from the challenges of life, one must know and understand their issues of adversity first.

There is a test know as the ACE Study. The Adverse Childhood Experiences Study (ACE Study) is a research study conducted by Kaiser Permanente health maintenance organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).[1] Participants were recruited to the study between 1995 and 1997 and have been in long-term follow up for health outcomes. The study has demonstrated an association of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) with health and social problems as an adult. The study has been analyzed extensively, is frequently cited as a notable landmark in epidemiological research, and has produced more than 50 scientific articles and more than 100 conference and workshop presentations that look at the prevalence and consequences of ACEs-According to Wikipedia

Remain hopeful:

You can’t change the past, but you can always look toward the future. Accepting and even anticipating change makes it easier to adapt and view new challenges with less anxiety.

Education:

There are three main aspects within the concept of resilience. The ability to achieve positive results in high risk situations

The ability to function competently in situations of acute or chronic stress

The ability to recover from trauma

While defining resilience, it is also essential to distinguish it from factors that modulate it and related concepts such as invulnerability, stress resistance, adaptive behaviors, and mental toughness. –According to the Indian Journal of Psychiatry
